1. This policy applies to the Working Solutions Chartered Accountants Limited website (the “site”).  In these Terms of Use (“Terms”), “Working Solutions” “we”, “our” or “us” means Working Solutions Chartered Accountants Limited, and any reference to “you” or “your” refers to you.

4. Create a link to the site (or any part of the site) from any other website, without the prior written consent of TSB; or

Information and content on the site

1. The copyright in all information, material, and content (including rights in text, graphics, arrangement and design) that is displayed, or available on the site belongs to Working Solutions or our licensors unless otherwise stated. 

2. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer or licence of any of our intellectual property rights, including any intellectual property rights that we have in and to the information, material or content that is displayed or available on the site.

3. Information may only be reproduced for personal use.  Reproduction of any of the content on the site for public display or distribution must be authorised by Working Solutions before use. You are responsible for all direct and indirect consequences of reproducing and/or distributing unauthorised information or intellectual property.
